What is the chance of a new war if GOP wins presidency in 2012?

As seen with the Bush presidency, he launched Iraq war. That war became a liability and a big burden. During election 2000, it was unknown to anyone that he would launch a new war. But now having seen it before, many people are wondering if GOP win will mean another war against a WMD-less state? This is very important to know and I don't know why Mccain was not asked this question in election 2008
