Why won't my blue ray drive open?

If your system is still covered under the warranty then I suggest called the dealer you purchased it from and tell them exactly what the problem is. They may tell you that you have installed something interfering with the system operation, or they may tell you that an exe file is missing etc.. it is possible that something is also preventing it from opening, such as tape or some foreign object stuck inside. But in the end there are too many possibilities to identify the problem.
