Overuse of the morning after pill?

I'm concerned about my friend because she has taken the morning after pill 5 times since it became legal over the counter here, she is almost using it as a form of contraception instead of using other methods, I just need to know is it dangerous to use it this much and could she become infertile in the future because of this?
