I need tips getting Black Ops kills!?

A big part is perks.. I always use hacker to avoid claymores and sleight of hand to help reloading.. and the first perk is interchangable.. I would reccomend using the gallil with maybe a silencer? It is all practice.. some people have the skill others don't.. all u can do is try different guns and stuff..
