How to restore the ORIGINAL data on this iphone?

So, my dad wanted me to put music on his Iphone for him. and it said backup (so i clicked it)and someway it got all the data from my cell phone and transferred it too his. i wanna know is there a way i can put my dad's contacts, apps, etc. back on his phone?
