Can this cause me to be infertile?

In february of 2010 i got pregnant and i lost the baby in march and the doctor told me i would stop bleeding in a few days..well i stopped bleeding after a few days like he told me..then 2 weeks later i was standing in my kitchen and i had this horrible gush feeling and i dropped to the ground in pain i felt like i was having the miscarriage again..i went back to the doctor and they drew my blood to check my hcg levels and they had gone back to normal..so he told me i was fine..I bled like this and it felt like i was having the miscarriage every 2 weeks for 3 months and they kept checking my hcg levels and they were fine..after 3 months they finally did an ultrasound and found that my body didnt push every thing out and the tissue attached itself to my uterus and established its own blood supply...I had surgery to remove the tissue...Im wondering if my body going through this for 3 months would affect me being able to have kids? i plan on going and getting checked at the doctor also..plus after i had the miscarriage i was told i had chlamydia im not sure how long i had it before i was tested...Please no negative comments =)
