Should schools teach that the US invaded Iraq on lies about weapons of mass distruction or it be whitewashed?

There were WMD's in Iraq. Saddam Hussein used chemical agents, such as Tabun (GA) & VX, (Nerve Agents), and Vesicants on his own people (The Kurds) back in 1988.
