Is this normal? Never seen anything like it before.?

I'm a white Caucasian male, 6'3 and 13 1/2st. My wife is also a white caucasian female and we have recently had our first child who is a little boy and he is black? About 9 months before our child was born, I used to go round my next door neighbors (Jerome) to play on the Xbox and he used to do a few jobs around my house whilst I was at the office. Me, my wife and Jerome have always been good friends until 3 months ago Jerome suddenly disappeared after he robbed us. Any who I think it is quite a Miracle that our baby was conceived as the doctors told 2 years ago I am infertile. Could somebody tell me if there is some sort of genetic syndrome to why my baby is black?
