If my computer looses all my files, is it possible to get Microsoft Office back?

My computer wouldn't start up, it completely stopped working, so I did the only thing I could do and restarted it to its "out of the box" state. It saved all my files onto backup disks before it restarted, but now I'm worrying if I'll have to pay another $200 for microsoft office. Is there a way to get it back?
