I think im infertile, Are there specific symptoms?

Im really worried that i may be infertile. i am having weird feelings in my lower abdomine, and i have been trying for a baby for the past 3 months and i havent yet been able to concieve. I have been pregnant before in december last year and had a termination as i wasnt quite ready to have a child. Ive been through having chlamydia and ive had it treated but im scared ive got it again and im scared its made me infertile, please help me, how do i know im infertile and what can i do to check? please, please help.
